I am originally from the Sorrento peninsula, where I attended the chef school within the " Instituto Alberghiero".
My passion for cooking was inherited from my father. My first experience was at the age of 16 during the summer holidays and it was then when it became clear to me that the cooking is more than a job but will be my truest passion.
I later gained experience in 5* hotels and restaurants 1* and 2* Michelin stars in Italy, Germany and Switzerland.
In 2008 I moved to Romania where I felt at home immediately, and here I had many satisfactions like winning the Top Chef Romania prize, and now my journey within Mozzafiato has started!
